Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of a Canva-assisted Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve the learning outcomes of sixth-grade elementary school students on the topic of the Solar System. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model, which consists of the Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination stages. The product developed was a Canva-assisted Project-Based Learning-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) for the Solar System topic. The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, a sixth-grade teacher, and sixth-grade students of UPT SDN 106152 Tandem Hilir. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed using Likert-scale percentage analysis to determine the feasibility level of the developed product. The results showed that the Canva-assisted Project-Based Learning-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) was categorized as highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 90%, based on the evaluations of the material experts and media experts. The implementation of the LKPD also improved students' learning outcomes, with an average achievement of 82%, as indicated by the majority of students obtaining scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC). Therefore, the Canva-assisted Project-Based Learning-based LKPD is considered feasible and effective for use in teaching Science and Social Studies (IPAS) on the topic of the Solar System for sixth-grade elementary school students
